Refund policy

Returns and Exchanges of non-personalized wearable items that have not been worn, washed, or damaged are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order. 

Returns and Exchanges of non-personalized non-wearable items are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.

Personalized item returns are not accepted due to their personalized nature.

In the rare event that an item is received damaged, incorrect or there is a print issue (off center / hole / rip / stain) please send us a picture and we will get your replacement shipped asap.

HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY - 

Qualifying purchases made between November 1, 2025 and December 24, 2025 have an extended return window that begins December 26, 2025. So items must be returned by January 24, 2026.

PLEASE NOTE - 

• Refunds are processed through the original method of payment. 
• Customer pays shipping on returns and exchanges unless there is an issue of product being damaged. 
• We will process your exchange as soon as we receive the returned item.
• Please pay attention to the sizing charts when choosing your size. Please contact us with any questions and we are more than happy to help.
